“Beautiful stay at Panormos”

It was a wonderful stay, on a first day we received a basket of fruits and wine as a compliment. Each day our apartment was cleaned. There were a lot of toiletries in the bathroom - soap, shower gel, shampoo with olive oil. The kitchen had everything we need, including tea, coffee, filters for coffee. There was an amazing view from our apparentment.

Very well located and very pleasant accommodation with all the amenities. The kitchen had everything you needed and the bathroom even had a bathtub with a jacuzzi function :) The rooms were large and had high ceilings. The back room window had a view of the sea.

The location of this hotel was perfect. We were sent to sleep each night to the sound of the sea.

Wow. The lady at reception shook our hands and led us up to our suite. We'd been upgraded to the Captain's Suite and it was magnificent. Incredible views, light, airy, brilliantly equipped, and so spacious. Breakfast the next morning in their restaurant was fine. We were only sad to stay for just one night.

I recently stayed for four nights at Captain's House Hotel Suites & Apartments in Panormo, Rethymno, and it was truly a delightful experience. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed with fresh fruit, local wine, and traditional raisins — a thoughtful touch that made me feel at home right away. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with daily cleaning of exceptional quality. The bathroom had been recently renovated and was modern and spotless. I especially enjoyed the stunning view from my room, which made the evenings even more relaxing. Panormo itself is a charming village with a lovely atmosphere, offering plenty of nearby shops and dining options within walking distance. This combination of excellent accommodation, warm hospitality, and a great location made my stay unforgettable. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

“Restorative, delightful, chilled”

Hidden gem - Panormos is a vibrant seaside village with beautiful sandy coves and excellent food. Captain‘s house could not be better situated. Right on the beach, great access to local busses and taxis with a fabulous restaurant. Brilliant for Families. A special thanks to Athena for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The room was spacious and very well appointed. Athena was very kind and helpful. She works very hard to keep guests happy and the rooms clean and well cared for. The view were amazing and we really enjoyed the village setting. It was even better than we expected.

Location right in front of the sea. Room cleaning each day even if it is an apartment. Plenty of space in the common spaces to hang clothes and clean beach material. Parking right in front

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment in Panormos! The view of the sea was simply breathtaking – we could sit for hours just taking it all in. The location was perfect: close to everything we needed – restaurants, shops, and the beach were all just a short walk away, yet the area was peaceful and relaxing. The apartment itself was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Nothing was missing, and it truly felt like a home away from home. What really made the stay special was the host – incredibly kind and welcoming, we felt genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. All in all, a true gem – we highly recommend it and can't wait to come back!
