“Hot”
The room was very hot. No air conditioning. I called Twice to the front desk to ask for fans, and they were never delivered. The kitchen utensils needed to be cleaned. The pool was shut down for a few hours during our stay. When it opened up, there were no pool towels for more than 6 hours.

“Heaven on Earth”
One of the best places we have ever been to! The condo was super clean spacious and the view from our balcony was marvellous! We stayed 3 nights but it worth to stay a week or more! The free gondola was amazing and the kids activities were so fun!
