Good location, just meters away from the bazar. They were very nice and helped me organize a trip to the 7 lakes. Breakfast is ok, room is large and comfortable.

The hotel is perfectly located to walk around Panjakent. The room was enormous, way bigger than what we expected. It was also clean and comfortable. The hotel looks a bit old-fashioned, but for us that was a plus! The owner is very nice, as the rest of the staff. I'd stay there again.

Good location, very clean room, good breakfast. Helped finding a 4 wheel drive car at a reasonable price to take us to the seven lakes. I accidently left my handbag at the breakfast room but it was returned to me immediately, can't say thank you enough for this!!

Great welcome to Panjakent. The hotel is right in the heart of the town. Room was huge. staff were very helpful. Excellent atmosphere.

“Excellent choice for a comfortable overnight stay”

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this friendly hotel in the center of Panjakent. The location is excellent, very close to the central bazaar and restaurants. Although unassuming from the outside, on the inside the hotel is very spacious and welcoming. The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and helped us arrange transport to our next destination. Overall the experience was very positive!

“Great old style centrally located hotel”

We were greeted by a super helpful and friendly gentleman at the reception who went out of his way to chat and give advice. The hotel is very central with everything close by. Room was dated (In a good way), enormous, clean and with comfy beds. Bathroom was also huge and well equipped. Breakfast was served with plenty of fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, jam, bread and yogurt.

“Great hotel in Panjakent”

Had a great stay. The hotel helped me with arranging a transfer to the border and booking a great trip to the Seven Lakes. Honest about the prices. They suggested to (and helped me) book the trip to the lakes with other guests so we could split the costs, as I was solo travelling. Room itself was spacious. Bed felt a little hard at first, but I slept very well. Breakfast was good. The staff was very accommodating.

This was an excellent guest house with a very kind and welcoming host. Breakfast was huge and delicious, plus we loved the decor - lots of carpets and colourful curtains. I hope to return again at some point. Thank you!

As others have said, the owner Maksud is just brilliant! He is an absolute shining example of someone who goes above and beyond to help his guests. He responds promptly to questions and really made our trip so much easier. We arranged a day trip to 7 lakes and a taxi to Dushanbe, he also took us to a store to get a local sim, and gave recommendations of where to eat. The hotel itself is perfectly fine, yes it’s older but it’s really clean, the breakfast is plentiful, the room is spacious, the water is hot and the pressure is excellent. I’m so glad we decided to stay here!
