The staff were responsive to our needs. A safe place was found to secure our bikes out of the weather. The place was very clean and the breakfast was good.

Be careful when you reserve a room with this property, Even though they confirmed our reservation, when we arrived they did not open the front door for us. When we call them on the phone they claimed not to speak English and even with Google-translate they could not understand us. As it was clear that there are people inside the B&B, I started knocking insistently on the entrance door. After 5 minutes, the receptionist opened the door (she was all the time inside the B&B) and shortly after we got our booked room. This behavior is completely unacceptable so beware when booking a room with this B&B.

“Hotel quality accommodation with B&B facilities”

Hotel quality accommodation with B&B facilities. Really great room, comfy bed, hot shower, nice lighting, fast WiFi, really quiet at night (no barking dogs!!) Use of kitchen to store fresh food and cook. Staff were super nice, and patient with me getting in their way while I cooked eggs. Also got some great recommendations for places to visit after I left Panguipulli. A little bit out of town but only 10-15 minutes walk to the centre, or the lake.

Fast and fluid check-in. The room was perfect for the stay. Close to the center in a residential neighborhood. Breakfast was a buffet with typical Chilean pan amasado, cake, fruits, juices, etc.

Personal muy amable, habitaciones amplias, la vista era espectacular, comida rica. 100% recomendable.

Breakfast was delicious; the neighbourhood was safe, they have car park spots and smart-lock on the front entrance door, and very close to everything.
