“Decent value at the price point. Good service. Facility is okay. Cleanliness can be better.”
The room was mostly as expected. Value was on par with our expectations. The facility layout is a little confusing however, it appears relatively well maintained. Bed was comfy and we had clean sheets and towels. The food available from the restaurant is great and we appreciate that although room service isn't available, they accomodated us. Thank you.

Even after 6 weeks on holiday in the Philippines, we can still say that only seed was the best hotel we've stayed in. We have never experienced such dedicated staff who immediately responded to all kinds of requests and were able to solve small problems such as low water pressure straight away. The pool and our room were always very clean and the food was good too! Many thanks for such a pleasant stay! We felt very comfortable and would book it again at any time.

“Stay away from this place it's a nightmare !!! Make sure you have 2500 pesos deposit!!!”
Nothing , this place was a mistake . Far away from anything , expensive and ask 2500 pesos deposit for dirty room !
