I like that it's not as crowded and is very serene, despite it being in Panglao where there are many tourist spots. The staff are indeed friendly and accomodating. The rooms are also well-lit and spacious. The room was fully airconditioned which is cool. The room also had good aesthetic. They also allowed to store my mom's insulin medication for her diabetes in their fridge at the restaurant since there are no refs in the rooms. Hope they'll add refs in the rooms tho for more privacy and convenience.

Really nice modern hotel. Rooms are clean and have air con, the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. They helped us with booking a private transfer. Hotel also provides a free airport transfer every hour which is very helpful.

Staff at Hotel are truly fantastic. They listen, understand and then genuinly assist you when required.

Shower was not hot and black mould in shower and toilet had bad smell and outside people were noisy till late at night.
