“Areas of improvement - HK to check rooms in terms of defect before allowing guest to c/I.”
The room we got had marks on the ceiling like leaking marks. Staff wanted to move our room but decline as we had our day plans. Appreciate in future to check the room thoroughly before allowing guest to check in.

Excellent staff. Superb experience. Check in early at 1230pm as we arrived early than expected. Sunset deck is BONUS.

“nice location”
you get what you pay for, 100 meters from the beach, restaurant and shops are available, there's a swimming pool in the top of the building and the view is very nice. if you want 5 Star facilities pay for it in a 5 Star hotel.

The room was a bit dirty, the wall got the dust.the ceilling also got dirty. The hair dryer is no function, even request from reception, give the hair dryer got some broken. Call to reception to make some complain, the staff was directly hang off the phone, never say pls wait.the staff was not friendly. The TV channel only few channels. So sad. The hot & cold water was wrongly fix, until we open cool water, come out is hot water until the hot water was burn my friend hand. The room is for 3 pax, but inside the room towel, toiletries only 2 set, not 3 set.
