Spacious, new, clean, nice design. Nice fragrance in the bathroom. Guaranteed numbered parking spot in front of the building. Nice terrace. High ceilings. It's our second time, last time the apartment seemed to be in the same building but a different flat. Perhaps there are several flats in the same building, so when you book, it's a lottery - which one you get. This time the bed turned out to be more convenient, not so extremely soft as in the previous case. So one could sleep normally. It's my observation that there might be different kinds of mattresses depending on the concrete flat.

Location in the outskirt of town, however it is near a shopping centre. New development. Clean and all the furniture new. Bed and sofa-bed comfortable. Good Internet connection. Spacious and full of light. Nice view of fields from the windows.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was spotless, and the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk (less than 400m) by walk to shopping centers and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

I stayed in a spacious apartment located in a newly built residential complex. The space was exceptionally clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Everything was well-organized, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. From the layout to the amenities, it was clear that a lot of care went into creating a welcoming and functional environment.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, cozy, with pleasant to the eye colors of the furnishings. The air conditioning and other amenities worked perfectly. Good location, many supermarkets and a shopping center nearby.
