I love the rooms and the fact that there’s a lot of spots to kinda hang out. The cafe and lobby area, the casino, the bars. Staff was always professional and helpful and seemed to love working there

“EXCELLENT”
Location: this can never be less than 5* as you chose the hotel knowing its location. The hotel cannot move location to match your wishes. Other than that; nearby everything and easy accessible by Uber or activities for pick up. Rooms: spacious, amazing views, CLEAN. Temperature is fine - never had to adjust it or put AC. Room is equipped with a desk, chair, big bed with many thick pillows, fridge, iron and iron board, closet, TV, coffee maker, kettle, tea bags.. You can close/open the curtains with a remote control - anything missing? Bathroom: clean - provided with soap, shampoo, towels etc, hair dryer, mirror. Water pressure good, water temperature good. Hotel has a casino on the first floor, outdoor swimming pool on the 7th floor (open from 8 am - 9 pm daily - yes you can swim or sit on the chairs enjoying the views), a gym and a spa. Downstairs there is a coffee place but at the beginning of the street you have Tim Hortons (french vanilla!!!!) thats 24/7 opened. Staff: many bad reviews but honestly it depends on your own attitude and mindset as well. The staff is very kind especially security Raul who is seeing everything that happens and is quick to help you with luggage and encounters every guest with a friendly smile, receptionist Luis is the face you want to see in hospitality; friendly, helpful and positive. These 2 staff members deserve a raise!!

“Accommodation Poor”
The lobby and the deli were nice and I must say the pool and the gym was also nice. This is our 5th time in panama and the location was really nice. The entertainment on M floor was really nice too. The porters and guards were very courteous and helpful with information. The room lighting was great too.
