“Horrible experience and I’m really sad about it”
We stayed here for two separate nights on different occasions. The first night was wonderful. Everything was good, the room was comfortable and clean, good price for what we got. The staff was nice and let us store luggage for one day for free.

“Probably fine if you turn up during the day/evening but don’t risk it if you’re arriving into the city early”
We arrived early in the morning as I’d previously made them aware we would be and were told our reservation wasn’t available. No apology or help to find somewhere else to stay.

The room is simple, but has comfortable bed and hot water. Location is maybe a bit dodgy, but very close to metro (Loteria) and in walking distance to the esplanade seafront.

“Works for a short stay”
The rooms were good and have air conditioning that works perfectly well. The shower was spacious and hot water available. The cheap fare was also convincing.

“Great place to stay”
All was fine. Comfy bed, clean, quiet at night (which was awesome after spending 3 weeks in super noisy colombian hostels...). Plus indoor parking space which was great because your car is perfectly safe. Wifi was working just fine. Great value for money

“Okay for a couple of nights”
The hotel had good a/c and the shower was very spacious. It was near the metro station and close to other shops and restaurants.
