The hotel canceled our booking 3 hours before arrival. They managed the situation very badly. Never even think about to book that establishment again. They not even offered any compensation.

We booked this hotel two months in advance for our vacation, expecting a smooth and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, just three hours before our arrival, we received a call informing us that they could not provide us with a room due to “unforeseen circumstances.” This last-minute cancellation was extremely stressful and completely unacceptable. While the hotel did arrange an alternative stay for us, the replacement hotel was far from the area we specifically chose, which significantly disrupted our plans and overall experience. The location was one of the main reasons we booked here in the first place, so this change was a major inconvenience. This situation showed a serious lack of organization and consideration for guests. After planning ahead and trusting this hotel with our reservation, being left scrambling at the last minute was incredibly disappointing. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had, and we will not be booking here again.

Honestly, very little. The only positive mention goes to the female receptionist on the second day, who was the only person professional enough to actually apologize for the series of failures we experienced.

Breakfast was appalling in almost every way. The fresh fruit was good though.

All the staff we encountered with our very limited Spanish, were very courteous, accommodating and helpful. High level of customer service. Our room 2508 was comfortable, had an amazing unobstructed view of the city...because of the hotel shape, all the rooms have amazing city views,.our room was in the middle of the curve. .The rooms on the left of the curve are much bigger. We originally had 2402 it was slightly large than 2508 Very comfortable beds and pillows with fresh, clean and crisp linen. Breakfast was consistently very good with variety of choices daily. Easy short walk to shopping, places to eat and water front to watch the sunset Felt safe walking in the evening. The pictures are the view from our room 2508.

Food is not diverse especially for me that is from Jamaica.... shower glass was not cleaned properly and upon requesting it they still did not clean it properly... more young female workers needed especially at bar areas ... hotel need to be more young people friendly

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Las Americas. The room was huge, very comfortable, and spotless, with excellent amenities. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The location is very good, and the internet worked perfectly, which was ideal for both work and leisure. One of the highlights was the lovely views from the room. Breakfast was really nice, with a varied and well-organised buffet. Overall, it is a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
