“Cheap hotel that comes with a price”

- Staff was friendly - Bed was comfortable - Sent us new towels and toilet paper on request - Welcome drink - Hotel room looked moderatly clean, bed sheets and towels were clean - No bed bugs - AC working well

“Awesome Hotel in Panama City”

Staying at this hotel was an amazing decision. The staff members were extremely pleasant and hospitable. Big up to the staff, especially Whyber, Josef, Bridget and many others! The food was great and overall, very good value for money. The location was ideal trust me, very accessible to transport services including Uber. I had a fridge in the room. Daily cleaning service and trustworthy staff. I was also able to watch Netflix and You Tube readily. I really liked the fruits and yourgurt along with the buffet breakfast setting. To go option also available. The view from my room was lovely. Felt safe and went walking a couple times, although the surrounding area can be dodgy. Loved the street food close by and the all-in-one store at El Machete. There's also a delicious pastry store opposite and like 1-2 minutes walking distance. Vending machines with tasty snacks and drinks. Pool looks nice and clean.

Friendly helpful staff, large comfy bed. Rooftop view and a swimming pool to cool off in.

“Simple and cost effective”

Firstly I must say the guy who's by the desk or door sometimes, He made this hotel very comfortable to stay at, hes always making sure everything is okay. The Ladies by the desk not so welcoming. Its good for the price. So because im vegan there isnt many option which is okay to me because im not fussy. Outside of the hotel isnt so appealing, plenty beggers but I never had any problems even though I walked through the streets exploring. Got a big grocery next to the store to get any snacks, fruits or bread etc. I will be coming back to this hotel the next time I come to Panama.. if youre looking for something at a low budget here is the place

Breakfast was easy, self-serve coffee, tea, water and juice. Menu to order a set list of dishes. Met all the basic necessities and the doormen were super friendly and helpful. Staff mostly just speak Spanish, so be ready with a translator app if you need one. There's a delicious and inexpensive bakery right around the corner from the hotel (Arte del Pan).
