“I was told breakfast was included. When I asked I was told no. I need a partial refund.”
Breakfast was not included. At least that's what I was told. No one spoke English. Staff wanted me to pay in cash. I refused, and used my card

“Could be worse”
Decent stay for the price, not a bad area either. Staff were accommodating and spoke English which was appreciated. Checkout time was also generous.

“Comfy Stay !”
I liked that the hotel had a pool and a restaurant so if you don’t feel like doing much it’s a great spot to just chill. The rooms were clean, had a tv, and there was air condition. It’s also near the loteria train station, legit less than 5 minute walk. El machetazo is also like a 5 minute walk that’s a store that has everything from groceries to clothes to toys.

“Good for a shot stop”
The rooftop pool is really cool and the restaurant has a lot to offer. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are ok.

“THIS IS NOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL”
Bed sheets looked clean, the Wi-Fi did work and I used that to book another hotel. nothing positive to say about the hotel. I would urge you to please stay at a different hotel for your money.

Room was Clean and it is very centric, close to Casco Viejo and you the Metro station is steps away.
