“My summary of this stay: it was only a short layover, and honestly, it was not worth it. Unfortunate”
The hotel staff, especially the gentleman at check-in, was phenomenal and very helpful. He answered all my questions and provided useful information about breakfast and airport transportation. What I did not like was that some areas could have been cleaner. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

“Slightly Tired Hotel in a Good Location.”
I had stayed here before and was upgraded to a Junior Suite. The room was very big with a large double bed and a settee which was a sofa bed together with two chairs, a desk and a large shower room. The public areas were quite basic. The price was OK for the area.

The staff were all professional, kind and helpful, special thanks to Daniella and the young guy with the blonde hair (I forgot his name) he deserves a raise. I must make mention of the FOH breakfast staff - both girl & guy are excellent. Location is ideal with all amenities close by. I always felt safe. Housekeeping was done everyday. I was on the 13th floor and I especially loved the view. Room was clean and bed was so comfortable. I initially booked 3 nights but because I loved it so much, I extended for 3 more nights. Will definitely be coming back time and time again- home away from home!

Pro: Location; good beds; view of the city from the higher floors; nice staff; good breakfast. Supermarket and metro station are close by.

I loved that there was a wide variety for breakfast, including different options each day. The food was also very delicious. Very kind and responsive staff. You had the option to request an early breakfast to go (from 6 am) if you had an early flight or an activity that required you to leave the hotel early. Outdoor sitting areas compensated for not having a pool.
