I am still waiting for my refund of the 100 dollars that was taken from me for each room. And I did not like that my reservation said with an ocean view and we were placed in the rooms on the other side of the street. That was not what I was offered on the reservation.

Overall, the vacation was good. The location is superb, with the park within walking distance, shops nearby, and being on the first line is really great. What caused discomfort was that many people were smoking - it was impossible to sit on the balcony as the smell of weed was terrible. People only think about themselves. Even though smoking is prohibited on the premises, people still did it, even near the swimming pool and in the jacuzzi, and they weren't embarrassed that there were many children around. This aspect was very upsetting. We stayed for 5 days and during this time, they didn't clean the room. They would only change towels if you put out a basket with dirty ones, and you put garbage outside the door for staff to collect - well, thanks for that much at least))) One of the beds had a broken mattress, I slept as if in a hole. It was nice that the pool and the area around it were cleaned every day. The location is great, but the rooms themselves are old, though this is probably reflective of the price-quality ratio.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

This property is affordable and adequate - located on truly the world’s most beautiful beaches. Every staff member that we interacted with was kind, friendly, and helpful. The A/C in the room was awesome. The beds were comfortable and the full-sized refrigerator was great to have.

You could tell it was an older building but they did a good job updating it. Location was perfect for walking to different places. Room was clean.

The room was so nasty. There were bugs in the room, the tub was very old and rusted, the toilet wouldn’t flush not to mention the room and entire courtyard had a very strong smell of marijuana which we didn’t want to expose the kids to not to mention they kept asking what the smell was.

“Don't stay there, if you do, examine room before paying.”

Room was dirty. Rusty refrigerator, bugs in light fixture, stained sheets, ragged blanket, nasty floors, dusty light fixtures, dirty baseboards. Overall unclean!
