The hotel is located on a little bay in Lake Atitlan, beautiful for kayaking. A true plus is that you can reserve kayaks for free at the hotel, and then enjoy the swimming pool and view. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Interesting concept of a hotel almost matching the landscape. Beautiful gardens, a swimming pool and just by the lake!, great location. Right beside there is a conservation area, very beautiful. Personnel are very nice. Breakfast is included, however, there is no lunch or dinner. Bigger rooms have their own kitchen. There is another hotel very close by and they offer great food.

Absolutely beautiful setting by the lake with great staff, free use of kayaks and a gorgeous warm swimming pool with views to the volcano. Simple but adequate breakfast and wonderful grounds where you can occasionally see coatis. Lovely and quiet unlike Pana itself. Near the nature reserve which was itself disappointing.

The location was amazing!!! The view of the lake and mountains surrounded by the nature reserve was very therapeutic. The staff were quite helpful and friendly.

we booked an extra night here. the booking included breakfast which was lovely. Beautiful landscaping and planting with views across the lake. Room was beautiful, beds comfortable, clean and spacious. We were able to get into our room by midday (before 3pm check in) The hotel sent a WhatsApp message prior to our stay with all the information we needed about the hotel.

The location is amazingly beautiful! The casita was very pretty and bedrooms and bathrooms great. We enjoyed the kitchen and living room and terrace - and especially the pool. TIP: if you want to use the hot tub, you need to pay a fee and tell them 3 hours in advance so they can heat it up. The staff leaves at 6pm so there is no night time access.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and very well-kept garden, has a beautiful pool, and has its own beach. The hotel staff is excellent, very attentive, and kind. The hotel offers a very good breakfast.

The staff around the hotel was very helpful, but not at the reception. The person at the reception was very rude. Location wise is not bad, however not very convenient to visit the center of the town.

Stunning views. Tranquil setting on a lovely beach with gorgeous gardens and pool area. Rooms immaculate. Breakfast, although basic, was enough and served in the garden.

The villa with two rooms was clean, and spacious. All the amenities offered are good, fridge, living room, TVs, etc. Breakfast included was good, nice smimming pool, beautiful gardens, nice private beach with seating area with umbrellas, all very nice.

The hotel is in a lovely setting right on the shores of Lake Atitlan with fabulous views (if you ignore the monstrous tower blocks to the side of the hotel which you only really see if looking back from the lake). Lovely pool with views over the lake, Good breakfast, friendly staff. Quirky and attractive architecture. Great lake access. I only had time for one night at the lake and this was a lovely spot to spend it.

Amazing location with absolutely killer views. Surrounded by lush trees and flowers. Abundant birds and butterflies. Five minutes walk to the Nature Reserve (in one direction) and to a good restaurant (with the same amazing view) in the other direction. Lovely staff. Architecturally interesting. Delicious breakfast served with a view like no other! Real personality in every way. If you enjoy staying in a nature paradise, this place just might be for you.

Incredible location with a private beach and lovely pool. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The view of Lake Atitlan/ the Volcanoes was stunning.
