Even their afternoon tea break was nothing short of surprising. • Location: Very close to the Pamukkale and Hierapolis site, the property is set in a spacious area — a true wellness oasis. • Room: Spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped, cool, with a TV screen integrated into the wall (super nice), and easily accessible (with elevator and ramps). • Staff: 5-star service. • Wellness center: Possibility to book massages until closing time (11 PM). The place was so nice that we decided to stay one more night and we would have Loved to stay longer if we have could. Excellent!!! We’ll definitely be back. See you soon! Paola & Alex 🇮🇹

Everything was more than correct, the food is excellent and is in the form of a buffet with a large selection of food.

Dear Pam Team, I love your hotel and I will definitely return soon. I appreciate that swimming is now possible until 23:00 (before only 22:00). Please keep until 23:00, this is a big plus, swimming in the night in hot pools is so very nice experience. I also want outpoint the professionality of the hole hotel staff, they work very hard especially in the dinner room and downstair in the bar and pool outside. Thank you and for the fruit basket and thank you for your team making me always such a nice holiday

The thermal pools are excellent and an asset to the place location is very good for Hieropolis and Pamukkale.well worth a stay.

Nice calm atmosphere - buffet breakfast and dinner very good - free use of pool, thermal baths, hamman, sauna and steam room - great value for massage and treatments

The SPA was great and we also really enjoyed exploring the local market. A lot of food available.

Nice hotel with a great thermal pool as well as a lovely and big swimming pool (with water a bit cold). Our suite was very nice, modern and clean, second floor, with terrace. The bed was comfortable, bathroom exceptionally large. We got delicious fruits as a welcome present - much appreciated. Food was delicious (for dinner, breakfast was less impressive). Night show (belly dancing) was an attractive bonus
