They were friendly, very helpful and the cost was reasonable with basic but adequate accomodation for the price. Especially LOVED the close proximity to the local village where we had the best food at ridiculously reasonable prices. Famtastic

The thermal bath in the room was great.

Nice to have your own thermal bath in the bathroom. Also, the hotel thermal bath and outside pool were great. Good location, 5 minutes walk to the high street for the market and restaurants.

“Large room, great breakfast and walk-able to large market”

I had a nice stay at Gunes Apart Otel. The staff was friendly, though their English was limited, which could be important for some guests. The room was spacious, and the air-conditioning was pleasantly cold. Note that there is no daily room cleaning, so plan accordingly. A highlight of the stay was the wonderful warm thermal pool, perfect for relaxation. The hotel offers a laundry service for 8 euros, with clothes hung to dry on your balcony. Breakfast is not on-site but is available a short walk down the road. Additionally, a large outdoor market is conveniently located less than a kilometer away. Overall, Gunes Apart Otel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We were very warmly welcomed. Our room was upgraded from what we had booked, which was nice. Breakfast was next door. It was all very uncomplicated. Sadly we were on a round trip and thus only stayed one night. (Also, we wish it had been cold enough outside to use the private thermal tub in our room! ;-))

I enjoyed thermal bath in my room and also swimming in the outdoor thermal pool at night 🤩 The personnel was very helpful and responsive. Thank you very much for such warm hospitality! Hope to come again to Karahayit and stay in this lovely apart hotel!

It was one of the best place to stay in our long travel along Turkey The place was extremely cosy , clean , nicely designed The stuff was so kind ,helpful , friendly as it was our long time friends In our apartment we had privat hotspring mineral water little pool Also we had accessibility to use public big mineral water swimming pool One window was opening to mountains , other to inner beautiful eco garden with silkberry and apricot trees We loved each moment of our stay there

“Great hospitality, loved the thermal baths”

A lovely welcome by the owner, and a cup of çay on arrival. He showed me the thermal bath they had , and after checking in to my room , used it straight away after my long drive . It was very therapeutic indeed , lovely hot temperature. My room was lovely, it could have slept 4 people, also there was a thermal bath in the room as well . The owner couldn’t do enough for me , very hospitable, and I would highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting Hierapolis and Pamakkule Travertines

“Ok hotel, room was decent, concept should not exist....”

- Look this one is tricky. This type of hotel room creates a problem for the area. The individual baths have no reason to exist as its a crazy waste of water and dries up the reservoirs. - Also the water in the hotel is BROWN and smelly. So if you expect some nice warm water this is not it either - Hence I would not encourage to use the room baths or if you think thats the reason to stay in this hotel... reconsider - Bed and bedding were ok - Location is good as it is a few KM from the upper entrance to the Ruins (that we actually, liked more than Pammukale)
