Apartment was great, clean and well equipped. Plenty of bedding. Good bathrooms, good kitchen etc. Each room had good electric heaters, easy to control, and the living room also had an additional large stove, and there was a supply of logs available on the balcony. The living room had a nice corner sofa, and netflix etc was available in the TV. Free wifi included with the apartment.

The hostess provided a very clear and helpful YouTube video with detailed check-in instructions. The keys were conveniently placed in a locker at the apartment door, making arrival easy and smooth. She also kindly provided free firewood, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The apartment is warm, cosy, and well equipped, with most of the necessary kitchen amenities. It also offers easy access to the ski slopes, which is a big advantage. With a bit more attention to cleaning, the apartment would be an excellent choice for skiing in Pamporovo.
