Average hotel. The pool is warm and good for kids at 4-7 years old. The staff is helpful. Rooms are clean. The shuttles to ski pistes are working normally, one point here is the shuttle return at 15:30, which may be late if you are with small kids (it may be worth asking them if you can call it when u need it). Not sure if they have dedicated parking spots, but there is a lot of space around the hotel where to park. It has 2-3 shops nearby. The children's center (one room) is not big, but it's working to keep the kids there for an hour.

Plusses: very nice and professional staff - everyone, from reception to restaurant, to room cleaning, were kind and prompt; - nice architecture and room space, incl. wonderful balcony; - great and rich buffet, both for breakfast and dinner; - swimming in the pool after each day of skiing was great; - plenty of parking spaces; - ski-shuttle availability; - very good wifi in both the room and public areas; - plenty of funs for the kids in the lobby: the billiards and flipper were our favourites.

“Terrible experience.”
Did not like the property at all. There was noise from young group of students from Ireland, left without supervision by their teachers and the hotel did not organise any security. People staying at the hotel had to take their own actions to calm the group down, whilst the hotel staff wasn’t aware of what’s happening on the floors. The sink in the room was blocked, then started leaking, then the WC was leaking. The pool although included was dirty. Overall very poor experience.
