Great location - short walk to the ski lift and adjoining ski center (for equipment hire). A variety of restaurants in the town a short walk away, and two on the same road as the apartments. We were really lucky to have snow every day for the 5 days we were there. Fantastic ski conditions. The apartment manager was super helpful and responded very quickly to any requests prior to our visit. He was also on hand each day for any queries. He pre-booked our airport transfer for us prior to our trip. He could not have been more helpful. The apartment was warm and comfortable, with a lovely view over the forest. We would definitely return.

Great host. Free transportation to the ski center Studenetz. A lot of discounts. Rooms were very clean.

Manager Mr. Mladen Bogdanov was very helpful during my holiday. He gave us some discount coupons for the ski rental and restaurant. Location was 15 min away by walking to studenets ski lifts.Room was cozy and warm during really cold weather outside. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is considering to stay at Iceberg hotel! Will definitely go back again!

This hotel is also an excellent choice for skiers, as there is a ski lift nearby, making it easy to hit the slopes. Overall, our stay at this hotel in Pamporovo was delightful, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and welcoming place to stay. The apartment is part of Iceberg apart-hotel, which is close to lift 1 that goes to Studenets ski center. There is ski storage in the hotel. The cleaness was at the highest level and everything in the apartment was new. Key collection is at the reception, the host very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

“Clean and warm apartment with very friendly and helpful staff.”

The apartment is very warm and clean. The manager is very, very nice, helpful and friendly. We had to take taxi everywhere but you can walk to the city within 13 mins. For us the walk seemed longer in snow and was tiring with kids hence taxi. 😊 Manager was so good to order taxi for us and taxi costs about 10 euro or 20 lev for about 5 mins drive. The location is good but about 5 mins drive from the main ski center 2 - malina and about 3 to 4 mins drive to city center where all the shops and hotels located. In saying that there are 3 restaurants around the apartment and one shop, atm and pharmacy. Walk down the long hill and you'll find these. The apartment is located on a hill which has beautiful view of the place and close to ski lift 1 but this is suitable if you already have your own equipment. Otherwise you'll need to go to ski centre 2 malina to collect your equipment. We had great time with the children and the area was quiet if that's what your looking for. Great good night sleep.

Location and price were really good. The staff was really kind and helpful. We also received a voucher for discount for ski services which was really nice. I saw that there was a possibility for a self check in which I didn’t use but it’s cool.

Brand new apartment (half of the building is still under construction, though no noises bothered us, maybe because it was holiday), everything inside is fresh and new. Very convenient location- 5 min walk from the lift or restaurant. 10 min from shop. Helpful and friendly manager!
