The hotel is very unprofessional. I was charged twice for my stay, and the money has still not been refunded. I have only received promises, but no actual resolution. A hotel of this level should value its customers much more and handle such situations properly. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing.

The pool was probably the biggest we've come across. The room size was very good for a family of four, The location was great with the beach being so close but also easy to reach Pals old town in the car.

Nice property, comfortable room, nice pool area, close to the beach.

So peaceful, relaxing and it was not crowded. Staff were very helpful. We spent 2 nights here and wanted to stay longer. Hubby played golf and I hired a bike. Pool was amazing and it felt like it was just ours as the peak season was to start after we left.

Nice breakfast, great choices! Big pool and access to a private beach. Mojitos bar, pool side drinks, snacks and ice creams was perfect.

Staff, pool. Excellent beach resort. We stayed for 6 nights in June 2022.Very polite and helpful staff. I was concerned about visiting unfamiliar place but there was always someone ready to help and answer all questions. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Beautiful view toward the pool area from our balcony. They have different size pools including a very shallow one which was perfect for our 18 mo old daughter. She enjoyed playing in the water very much. As other people mentioned the breakfast buffet is nice. Overall the Resort is well managed. Quiet. People are extremely polite. Speaking about bot staff and visitors. We had enjoyable stay and will definitely visit again. The Resort is situated in the middle of Costa Brava and easy access to all interesting places. So rent a car and explore.
