“All perfect, happy to come back again :)”

I love everything about this place! Really calm and sweet place, I came back couple of times - always when I came back to this area I stayed there again! Very friendly people are running the place and I felt like home! Muchos gracias :)

Perfect place for the price. Good big room, comfortable and clean. Peaceful area. The owners are really helpful and friendly. Also good kitchen where you can cook or keep your stuff in the fridge. The location is across the river from Palomino in a place called Marquetalia but in my opinion it's a lot better than the more tourist area. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants with a more local flavor. The palomino beach is heavily eroded and this side you can find better beaches albeit very quieter, perfect if you like peace

“Quiet, cheap and comfortable stay !”

The house is in build in traditional method (Guadua) and this help to be fresh during the night. There's no A/C needed. The house is at 300m from the road so it's quiet and fresh. The host are really friendly and helped me with several services I needed: guard my luggage, arrive early, leave sooner, wash my clothes etc. Every morning they serve a different (included) breakfast which is great. You can also drink the water of their tap (less plastic bottles). I do really recommend people to go there. Marquetalia is a good alternative place to sleep during your stay in the noisy and busy Palomino.

I was looking for a quiet place and that was just right. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. And food was the best homecooked food by now.

“Lovely hosts and tranquil ambience, highly recommended”

I stayed here for 2 weeks to get out of the city and chaos to work in a quiet place. It was the perfect choice for that. The place is super cosy and beautiful with lots of plants and hammocks and it's usually pretty quiet around there. The owners Señor Carlos and Señora Deisy are super welcoming, helpful and lovely people. They have two cute and friendly cats and a turtle. Señora Deisy prepared a different breakfast every day, and it always came with fresh fruit and coffee - and one time they even shared a dessert with me. It's also possible to ask Señora Deisy to prepare lunch for a more than fair price since the is an amazing cook. I was preparing food myself, since I could use the kitchen with plenty of kitchen tools and the fridge. There's a waterfall a 10 minutes walk away and a trail up the mountain for any hikers. The river is about 10 minutes away too, with a place next to the bridge to come down for a refreshing swim. The city entrance about 20 minutes and the beach about 30-40 minutes. There are a few small grocery stores to buy any types of supplies in the town, with cash or nequi. All in all it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely love to come back another time. I wish all the best to the hosts Señor Carlos and Señora Deisy who made me feel part of their home.

Very quiet place walking distance to one of the best beach of the area, carlos and desy can help you with everything very welcoming warmly persons.

The place feels like home. The couple is very sweet and wants you to have the best time. They give good information about the area. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. If you need a place to relax than this is the place!

Deisy and Carlos are extremely sweet and helpful. They respect your privacy but are also in for a nice chat. Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are beautiful. Also the location is very quiet and it's easy to get into town by motor taxi. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful and we felt like home from the first minute. This is a perfect place if you want to avoid all the noise from central Palomino.

Carlos and Deisy were lovely hosts, very attentive and positive in all my interactions with them. Very peaceful and relaxing area, had a great sleep there.

My stay at Cabaña Buenos Aires was absolutely amazing, Carlos and Daisy made my stay wonderful, they truly created a little heaven here.. The room was very comfortable with everything that I needed, Daisy made an absolute delicious breakfast every morning and I even had some dinners that I additionally ordered, which were high quality food for a great price. Carlos was very willing to help out with any query that I would have and gave me many advice on what to do and where to go. I was so happy with the place, that instead of staying four nights I booked another additional four nights. I felt so much at home! To anyone considering a place in Palomino I highly recommend this place, it's ten minutes walk from the centre, and close to everything but the same time nice and quiet and peaceful, a very special place!

“Lovely Couple and Property just outside Palomino”

Carlos and Daisy were very lovely, attentive, welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts we had were delicious. The room was comfortable and the outside space was nice. We visited Tayrona park and Carlos offered us the opportunity to leave our bags at the Cabana, while we didn't in the end, we appreciated the offer as well as all the advice, recommendations and communication.
