“Excellent from start to finish.”
From initial contact they were excellent, and I'm from the UK, we were going to the Coldplay concert in Stanford we needed somewhere to stay just for a night as we have a week in San Francisco, knew we wouldn't get back to SF that night on the Caltrain so I contacted these, kept the check in open for us, eventually we turned up at half 12 in the morning, got the key card and wow, what a room, it was far superior to what we were expecting for the price we paid and the bed was comfy, I mean really comfy. Would definitely recommend.

“Polite staff”
Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Although no kettle was provided in the room as standard, I was provided with a kettle, disposable cups and tea bags upon request. Accommodation had no lift, staff carried my large suitcase to the 2nd floor on my arrival. Adequate number of sockets in the room

“It’s good. I liked it.”
This is a nice place to stay. close to bus station if you care about it. I was there for about 3 weeks. They don’t serve food but there are several restaurants and a Starbucks close to this place. I had problem with WiFi and they provided me with a router in the room that changed my internet from 10 to 100. Staff were excellent and very professional. The room was very clean and room service was ~every 2-3 days.
