Initially I rated it as a terrible experience... Before reaching the location I gave the invoice details to make sure that when I will be leaving the invoice would be named to my company. At my arrival they were not able to charge my cards (tried with 3 different cards... never had any problem beside this hotel). They said they "solved it" after around 30 min... but then at checkout they did not provide me an invoice and said I should request it to booking... When I look at my credit card I see the outgoing payment to Crown Plaza.... not to booking! Contacted booking they say Crown Plaza should give me the invoice and Crown Plaza says booking should give me the invoice... So I am stuck and nobody is providing me the invoice. Additionally I was charged 50 USD as security deposit that I still did not receive back. Never had such a negative experience. Updated on 25 Apr. 2025 - I reviewed my rating and increased the total score as after many iterations I finally received the required invoice and the deposit back

The rooms were spacious and clean. The facilities were great. The staff were friendly and gave exceptional service. The team made our stay comfortable. I Highly recommend this place.

“Rude and untrained front desk staff”

We reserved a room with breakfast included, but the hotel asked us to pay an additional $25 per person. We showed proof of the policy on Booking.com, but they insisted that their hotel policy requires extra payment for breakfast. This isn't very ethical, and Booking.com should consider delisting this hotel. The staff insulted us when addressing our claims and waited almost an hour for us. Due to the front desk staff's misbehavior, I wanted to cancel my booking, but she asked for extra changes to cancel. However, one staff member, Bethy, was professional and kind. The rest of the front desk staff needs serious training in customer service and basic manners when dealing with guests. This hotel claims to be part of the Crowne Plaza brand, but I am suspicious. It doesn't even come close to meeting that standard, and their contract with branding should be questioned. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend staying at this hotel!

The hotel was great. Location with markets close by. rooms were spacious and atmosphere very relaxing. I enjoyed my stay there. Pool side room with a patio was a great place to have coffee or snacks.
