“Great hotel, wonderful location, BUT....”
Great staff, good location, nice facilities, good choice at breakfast, pool area not too busy, quiet despite being just round corner from Magalluf bars and clubs etc, stayed here many times.

“Very let down.”
This was my 3rd stay at this hotel. We love the location and the staff are amazing! I booked a room with a roof terrace and jacuzzi. It was spectacular with incredible views.

“Brilliant hotel, will definitely stay again”
Beautiful clean Hotel and the breakfast was superb, so much choice we were spoiled for choice. We thought drinks and food round the pool were reasonable and so tasty. Sangria and cocktails were gorgeous.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was perfect in a great location. Fabulous breakfast and lovely staff. We will return. Short walk to the beach, great views from the roof top pool and our room. The room was really nice and clean. Great stay.

Closeness to beach. Excellent buffet break and dinner. Coffee machines in dining room served weakest coffee I have ever experienced. Didn't like the bedroom, shower and toilet layout, all in one with no privacy. Also lovely helpful staff particularly Carmen and Karina in dining room. Basin tap in room 1517 needs fixing - it's stiff and squeeky

“Excellent hotel, amazing friendly staff and lovely food.”
This hotel exceeded my expectations, the staff throughout were so lovely they even gave us a bottle of wine and fruit as a gift on arrival. We stayed in room 1606 the view was amazing. We loved the rooftop pool and we enjoyed drinks in the downstairs bar and a singer by the pool the last night. The food was amazing and lots of choice we would return again!

The hotel is beautiful, and we are extremely satisfied with everything. The staff is friendly, cheerful, and always doing their best to meet every request. The location is perfect, with all amenities close by, making everything very convenient. The food at both breakfast and dinner was diverse and excellent. A special thank you to Miss Reka, who helped us a lot both before and during our arrival, we truly appreciate her support. All compliments!
