John is just one of a kind and absolutely the best host we have come across. Extremely helpfull and would fix everything we would ask for and approached us regularly to make sure that we had all we needed. Strongly recommended and we will come back. The appartment is close to the beach and the Palm Beach Plaza Mall, with many restaurants and shops. Apartment has enough privacy and pool access in the back yard. Thank you for having us!

John was an excellent host and offered to drive us to where we needed to be. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The bedroom in particular was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is very convenient, and it is short walk to the beach where there are a number of high-end restaurants.

“Perfect stay near Palm beach”
We rented through Booking for 5 nights in April 2023, and ended up staying two nights more at John's apartment. The cabin is fully equipped, from the kitchen to the bed and bathroom. Plenty of (beach) towels, many kitchen amenities, comfy bed, A/C in kitchen and bedroom, washing machine+drier, bathroom with hot shower (two shower heads!), aloe based shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and after-sun, two beach chairs, etc! Its location is right in front of the Ritz, easily walkable (10m) through a path thru the wetland (a bit of an adventure on nights without moon, but the area is very safe, no worries there). There is an Arubus stop nearby on the main beach road. You can reach the beach following the street between Ritz and Marriot, from the roundabout on the main beach road. John himself is a sweetheart, always looking out for his guests.

The stay in Aruba went better than we expected. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. The possibility to cook your own meal because there are pots and pans available as well. The area is very pleasant and safe, very close to the beach as well as to the city centre. John and Darlene are very welcoming and friendly, they always made sure that we had everything we needed and if we had any questions they answered everything. I can wholeheartedly recommend anyone to choose their apartment.
