The staff were really helpful and they gave recommendations for restaurants and so on. Our room had a lot of charm and was very spacious with very high ceilings. It was clean and comfortable. Comfy bed and pillows. Despite being in the old quarter very near the cathedral and many sightseeing spots, it was quiet at night. Location was very convenient (15-20 min walk to Palatine Chapel, 5 min walk to the Catherdral). Breakfast was delicious with home-made spongy cakes, fruit, toast, etc. The parking is around 10 min walk through cobble-stone streets, so if you have luggage, I would bring car to the hotel first and then park at the parcheggio. It's a lovely walk through markets and full of character but not comfortable with rolling suitcases and packed with people.

The room was amazing, we had a jacuzzi and sauna in the bathroom, the bed was extremely comfortable and everything was styled with great taste.

“A fabulous stay in Palermo”

The rooms at Vossia Luxury Suites are divine - comfortable beds, spacious rooms, lovely bathrooms, immaculately clean. The staff are helpful & friendly & the daily breakfast is really good. The location is convenient (though make sure you look both ways before exiting the front door)! We cannot recommend Vossia highly enough.

Perfect location in the center, just behind the cathedral. Super kind Stephanie and Eleonora. The room was stunning, clean, calm, comfortable. Good communication prior to arrival and good instructions for luggage drop off and self check-in during the night. We would definitely choose Vossia Luxury rooms again!

“Perfect”

Everything was so perfect, from the communication with Stephie previous to arrival, the indications, the recommendations and the check in-out. Although it is a guesthouse and no physical attendance was available upon arrival, I felt immediately at home and I especially appreciated the attention of anticipating my early departure with a complete breakfast available in the fridge of my room. The place is also so enjoyable, decorated with taste, very comfortable and convenient to hang around Palermo. Thanks a lot, I definitely highly recommend it!
