We had a fabulous stay in a fantastic central location. Andrea was an exceptional host, always recommending wonderful places to visit and dine. We followed several of his suggestions, and every one of them was excellent. As a mother and daughter travelling alone, we felt genuinely welcomed, safe, and well looked after. Andrea checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was going okay, which we greatly appreciated. The room was very modern, comfortable bed, with daily cleaning. We would recommend this accommodation and would happily stay here again.

We arrived in Palmero on the MSC Splendida cruise ship and disembarked at 0945. A taxi driver asked for $40 Euro to take us to Sant'Andrea and we said NO because we knew the location. So, my wife and I (we are in our mid-fifties) walked from the ship to Sant'Andrea with no problems! We each had backpacks, a small carry-on luggage and a large suitcase, the walk was not difficult! So, if you need to get to the cruise port this is a great option to stay. Our check-in was not until 3pm, however, Andrea allowed us to store our luggage in the shared common space of the apartment until 3pm. When we returned later, the housekeeper had already moved our luggage to the room after it was cleaned and ready. Andrea is very quick to respond if you need anything! We used WhatsApp . The information that he sends to you regarding places to visit or eat is fantastico! Honestly, we thought maybe the restaurant close to his place was just a friend of his but it was one of our very best meals the ENTIRE trip and was a very, very fair price. You can decide for yourself, but in my opinion Andrea's information was great!

Although a little tight for space, everything else about the apartment was exceptional. Great location, so clean, tastefully decorated, and well presented with a few little treats provided. Andrea, the owner of the apartment, couldn't have been more helpful. Apart from providing very clear instructions for everything, he also provided a wealth of information on things to do and where to eat. He responded immediately when we had an issue and organised a driver to pick us up from the airport at midnight when our arrival time was significantly delayed. An extra bonus was having the bed made us daily and everything tidied.

Great property - facilities are excellent, rooms are lovely. Spacious bathroom, lots of nooks for luggage. The bed was really comfortable and the bed linen was great quality. Andrea couldn’t have been more accomodating with requests, recommendations and also when we extended our stay. We loved the property and Palermo. Can’t wait to come back!

The owner was incredibly helpful and took the time to recommend different places to visit and experience around Sicily, which made our trip even more special. It was clear that they genuinely cared about ensuring we had the best possible stay. The rooms and kitchen were spotless and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Throughout our stay, we received regular updates — for example, if new neighbors were arriving — and we were also kindly asked if everything was going well and whether we needed anything. This level of attentiveness made us feel truly valued as guests. The accommodation consists of three separate rooms that share a common kitchen. However, it did not negatively impact our stay. In fact, it turned out to be quite cozy. We still had our own privacy in our room, and sharing the kitchen created a nice atmosphere. We also had the pleasure of meeting Andrea, who came by to greet us personally. He was a very kind, respectful, and friendly person, which added a nice personal touch to our experience. The location is absolutely perfect. Being so central allowed us to explore many attractions and experiences throughout the day without any difficulty. Everything was within easy reach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, there was the option to arrange airport transportation at a fair and reasonable price, which made the departure very convenient. Overall, this was a fantastic experience with outstanding hospitality, a top location, and great service throughout. We would gladly stay here again

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located — you can easily reach all the main attractions and get anywhere without any trouble. From the very beginning, Andrea was incredibly kind and helpful. Right after we booked, he sent us detailed information about the best places to visit and the best restaurants to try. He even allowed us to check in early without any extra fee, which we really appreciated. The housekeeper, Alessandra, was also amazing. She does her job at 100% — I have honestly never seen such a perfectly cleaned apartment, even compared to many hotels. Everything was absolutely immaculate. If you are looking for an apartment in Palermo, don’t hesitate — book this one! You definitely won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended for everyone!

“Stunning room in the heart of Palermo”

Located very close to all sightseeing spots downtown, little market with fresh fish and other food just around the corner. The beds are super nice and everything was very clean. Also, there is a double window, so the noise from the street is kept outside. Highly recommended. Andrea, the host, is very well prepared, everything was just perfect.
