The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a lot of options and they made you eggs and toast upon request. They even had cookies and tea/coffee available in the afternoon.

Location is fantastic for the central station where you can also get buses to the rest of Sicily. There is also a transfer bus to the airport. It is modern, clean and an easy walk into the city centre. Communication was fantastic both in instructions on how to enter the property and with help organising a taxi transfer as we had an early hours flight. I was worried about the noise after reading reviews but with the black out shutters closed, it is perfect in terms of darkness of the room and is great for the sound with just low level noise being heard.

Very clean. Nicely decorated. Central position. Lovely helpful staff. Separate toilet and shower but that helped keep the steam in another area.

You can make coffee, tea or drink a cold juice at any time of the day. The friendliness of the staff is great.

Good afternoon. We stayed in the apartment for 5 days. The room was clean, and it was cleaned every day. The breakfasts were good. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The location is very convenient. The train station and bus station are just a minute away. It's also very convenient that you can leave your luggage upon check-out. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend these apartments.

Breakfast was good. The facilities were good. The area near the station is a little run down, but provides excellent tram, train and bus links. That's why we chose it.

The location, the value, the place was spotless and very comfortable, the staff Alessia and Nadia were so welcoming, attentive and friendly to the guests, and the breakfast was excellent too. The communication before my stay re how to access property etc was excellent. I also got excellent recommendations for where to eat within 3-10 min walk.
