The host was really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was generous, albeit a little short on space. The parking was just outside the property, which was great.

The apartment is in a great location near the sea and very close by walk to everything in the center. The host Francesca is very welcoming and kind, and she helped us navigate through Sicily. The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed. We highly recommend!

The place of stay and the host, Francesca. The Residenza Tarzanà is situated in the city's center, allowing for easy travel throughout Palermo, with most tourist attractions within walking distance. We asked for a vegetarian breakfast (without egg), and Francesca served us an excellent meal, despite the difficulty of finding vegetarian options in Italy. And she recalled my husband's birthday and celebrated it with us.

Francesca was very helpful, and gave us some great recomendations. Everything was very clean, and we really liked the breakfast as well. The location was brilliant - close to most tourist attractions and and the harbour, but very quiet.

Realy friendly host and excellent location. Rooms were clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent including gluten free items from a local bakery when I mentioned this to Francesca. Francesca went above and beyond including providing restraunt recommendations and ensuring our stay was comfortable and special. Thank you so much. Would definitely recomend for ease, location and a local host when visiting Palermo.

Francesca was a lovely host. The location was perfect, we could walk everywhere we needed to go. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was beautifully laid out. Francesca took the time to explain Palermo to me and was very welcoming.

The accommodation was excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Palermo. There was a rich selection of breakfast options. The host, Francesca, went out of her way to explain what to visit in Palermo and helped us with anything we needed. A very warm and kind person. We highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Palermo!

“The stay was really very nice and we felt great.”

Our stay was in August, but I remembered that I didn't leave a review. When I arrived, I told Frenceska that from the feedback on Booking, she is the biggest attraction here😂. Francesca is a wonderful person and an expert in hotel management. It makes you feel like you're at home, but the attitude is very professional. Regarding the building/rooms: new building, there is an elevator, the room is light and not small. Big spacious bathroom, there is fridge and air conditioner. The bed is large, comfortable and with clean sheets. A lot of towels and cosmetics. Breakfast was delicious and there was what to choose sweet/salty. Maybe important: despite the fact, that the hotel is in the city center it was really quiet we did not hear any sounds (probably this is due to the fact that there is a courtyard and a new building as I mentioned). About Franceska, before departure she asked when we were arriving, how we were going to transfer, etc. She sent us detailed directions. We were always able to count on her to recommend restaurants, places, etc. Also, she is very talkative so it was always a pleasure to talk to her. “Lovely host, perfect accommodation for a city break!”

Fantastic few days had! Location is perfect, accommodation is lovely and clean. The host Francesca is very helpful and accommodating. Daughter especially loved the dairy free pastries for breakfast! 🥰 Also recommend using the taxi driver Dario too which Francesca recommended to us for the airport there and back.

Francesca was a first class host who was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to chat to. She was very patient when guiding us (when we first arrived) over the phone to the B&B from the bus stop. We liked the breakfast, plenty of options available. The location is excellent, so close to everything but far enough away to have some peace & quiet.
