The Palazzo is located in the centre of the historical district of Palermo. The rooms are very comfortable, cool (it was 32 deg C outside) and clean. The staff are brilliant - very friendly, professional and very helpful.

“On the whole it was a lovely place to stay and I would stay again”
The breakfasts were great, the staff were incredibly helpful. They have a spa which they charge for , plunge pool, sauna etc. This should be free for guests, and think through how they might manage that. I liked the bed, very comfortable, the courtyard and location. It had beautiful artwork.

“Lovely hotel in a renovated Palazzo.”
Very attractive hotel in a wonderful central location. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. Very good gym free for guests. We liked the peaceful central courtyard. We stayed 10 nights and we were pleasantly surprised to be presented with a nice cold bottle of very dry Prosecco on our last evening.
