Not far from the old town (10min by walk), modern, very nice room with terrace too. Deborah is a very kind host with a lot of extreme useful information. You can follow her advise about restaurants and everything. Forgot the name of the man who made the breakfast, but he was also very kind.

“Cozy, clean, friendly and comfortable place to stay in Palermo”

We recently stayed at Meridiana Bed & Breakfast in Palermo for three nights with our family. We had a very pleasant stay in this small, family-run business, which offers both comfort and warm hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, Deborah (and her father who we met later), who were very friendly and attentive. They were responsive to our needs and happy to offer local tips and recommendations, which made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable stay. Two of the rooms had outward-facing windows, making them bright and well-ventilated. The inward-facing room was a bit less airy, but still comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. Each morning began with a standard Italian breakfast with a variety of sweet pastries from a nearby local bakery. We also appreciated having access to the kitchen at all times, for making tea or coffee. Overall, this B&B was a fantastic starting point for our journey through Sicily. The location is relatively central, though it takes about 20 minutes on foot to reach Palermo’s center. We didn’t mind the walk, especially since walking was the only practical option. The only minor downside was parking. If you’re arriving late by car, finding a spot (especially a spot nearby) can be a bit of a challenge. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, clean, friendly and comfortable place to stay in Palermo!

Very friendly staff, very clean

Debora was exceptionally helpful and so welcoming. The breakfast the next morning was incredible and full of local treats and gorgeous coffee. Debora was super kind in giving advice on where to go in Palermo and where do avoid in the rain. Walk back into town wasn't difficult to navigate and took us about 25 mins at a leisurely pace.

“Very pleasant stay with lovely hosts”

The property was fully renovated, the room clean, spacious and had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent and the owner and her father did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. We really enjoyed the stay.

We had an excellent stay at Meridiana B&B, the rooms are cozy and new, the breakfast is very good and Debora and her father are the best hosts possible! We recommend Meridiana B&B.

Debora and her father were really friendly hosts.Although he didn’t speak English he used google translate and it worked out fine.To find a parking spot was not to easy and the walk into old town was about 2km which especially at night was not to fun because streets in Palermo are really dark.

Debora was beyond exceptional host, she was extremely kind, helpful and gave us a plenty of advices. She even arranged our breakfast in a way that we could try as many Sicilian specialties. Our room was perfectly clean, spacious, and the location is amazing. It’s only a 10-15min walk down to the centre of Palermo. To sum up, everything was perfect, more than 10/10, we will be back and we will definetely choos Meridiana B&B again.

“Exceeded expectations”

The warm welcome from Debora and the nice excellent service and exchanges with Adele at breakfast. The excellent capuccino, local specialties both savoury & sweet and fresh fruit at breakfast. The recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The room was cosy, comfortable and immaculately clean. Everything was new. The location was perfect, only a 15’ walk to the old town and safe & free parking in the street. We would definitely book Meridiana b&b again on a nex visit to Palermo.

Everything was really good. The facility was clean and tidy. The room itself was spotless / well decorated / modular furniture / comfortable bed / etc. No issues at all.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was excellent - the staff was super kind and helpful, the equipment in the room was great, very comfortable bed and it was spotlessly clean - we can't complain! Totally recommend!

“The two night stay exceeded our explectations we were sad to leave.”

Deborah and Adella are outstanding. Deborah was immediate in her response to our queries, allowing us to drop our luggage off early, coming to the street to assist with the luggage from the car. Taking time to orientate us and make great suggestions for meals. Adella was a delight at breakfast, her motto "no problem". Both of these woman would do everything they can to assist. The property is spotless, the bathroom and bed excellent. The best property for cleanliness on our 5 week trip. The rooms are not huge but they have organized them so well with multiple spots for your luggage it feels more spacious. Breakfast was better than expected with juices, cereals, toast, yogurts, several fruit options, lovely sweets and Adella makes the best cappucino, so good we had two each morning. We did not find the walk to the Historical Centre a problem. If you have a car to park Meridiana B&B is ideal with lots of free parking on the surrounding streets. Very good value for the quality of the B&B.
