“Fantastic holidays in Palermo”
We liked everything: Location -2 minutes from Cathedral,very close to most historical monuments,2 minutes from bakery and supermarket and market Apartment - very clean, comfortable and fully equipped,like home. Special words about Maria Rosa- we never met so organized,patient and kind host like she's,thanks a lot,Maria! Before our visit she connected with us and gave us useful information about location,transport system, the restorans,markets . She gave us idea to go to Cefalu where we spend beautiful day! She responded to our questions immediately and we appreciate it! Because of all those moments our trip to Palermo was comfortable, smooth, remarkable and pleasant! We can highly recommend this apartment !

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Palermo, the three days were sufficient but disappointed Royal Residence not open to visi”
The location is brilliant, walking distance to most places of interest; the size of the property was very comfortable and kitchen very well furnished; flat immaculately clean; and most of all, Maria Rosa who was an excellent host: met us at the cathedral, welcomed us and gave us recommendations of places to visit.

“Perfect location, amazing apartment and host!”
Firstly we would like to send a huge Grazi Mille to our favourite host Maria Rosa! She graciously arranged help with our parking, dinner reservations and came out late in the evening to meet us to give us the keys to the apartment. The apartment is GORGEOUS! We will definitely return and book our stay around the availability of this apartment. We would never book anywhere else. The location is right in the centre and literally within walking distance to everywhere. Great restaurants, shops and the cathedral within a moments walk. We even had our own balcony and could watch the world go by. The apartment was equipped absolutely everything needed and cleaned to perfection. Thank you for having us. See you again soon.

The location was within easy walking distance of features such as the Cathedral, Via Maqueda, the Quattro Canti and Opera House. Marie Rosa our host was superb!! Not only meeting us near the Apartment, Maria drove our car back to our Rental base and accompanied us back to the Apartment. A wonderful gesture of care and kindness. Internally the Apartment was well presented, spacious, clean and v well appointed. 10/10!!

The apartment is perfectly located in the center of the old town near to the famous Cathedral and to almost all attractions. Equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable. Maria Rosa provided with all the important information : how to reach the house, the different monuments, restaurant and more.

“Old town apartment with all the amenities and close to key shops and great bars - coffee welcome”
Good location in the old town 2 mins from the Cathedral. Everything you need was provided and the air con worked well. The coffee pods with maker and light breakfast stuff was particularly welcome. A good baker and supermarket was just 3 mins away with a fish market 5 mins away. Would recommend a bar called Malox (3 bars together really) just 4 mins round the corner - outside relaxed vibe.

“perfect amazing nice clean”
The apartment was amazingly big and very beautiful. We felt like at home. The owner put everything in the apartment you could need; from toothpaste to bodycream. It was also very clean. The location was very central. There were AC both in living and bedroom. 10 starts for this apartment.
