“Feels like home”

Dario was a great host, always ready to help with anything! His place is in Palermo center, 5 min from Quattro Canti and from the cathedral. It is in ZTL zone, but it was really easy to buy a daily pass when needed, so not problem at all. There are parking spaces in front of the building and there is an attendant who helps with parking, there is a daily fee which is very reasonable. The apartment is clean, modern, comfortable and it has everything you could need for your stay. Easy to check-in and an absolute delight to stay there. We wouldn’t even look for another place for our next stay in Palermo! Thank you, Dario!

“A hidden gem!!”

We've been travelling since late April in Italy and Dario's property was one of the best apartments we've booked. The property is in a prime location, walking distance to restaurants, boutiques monuments and the most amazing food market. It was absolutely clean, quiet, spacious and more than enough for two adults. We loved having our morning coffees on the little balcony, watching the locals go about their business.

“A GREAT APARTMENT AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE BUSTLE”

The quite spacious apartment is very fresh and clean with a modern feel. The apartment is only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of a main street of Palermo but in a calmer area  with the feel of a local Neighbourhood. It is close to cafe bars and restaurants, even an ATM.. everything you could want for a palermo stay. A very enjoyable retreat at the end of a day sightseeing. The host Dario was very helpful and responsive, and always available through What's app Dario gave us some great suggestions for restaurants and help with booking taxis for us. Also make sure you visit Bar Gulizzi  across the small parking area with owner Toto and his colleagues Evan and Angela... great coffee, pastries, wine, beer, pinsea and cotoletta!

Our host was very helpful before we even got to the apartment with advice on parking and access. Beware if you have a car that it is in the central ZTL zone requiring you to pay €5.00 a day for access which does not include parking. Parking was easy in the square outside. The apartment was spacious and clean within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions and areas. An enjoyable retreat after a hectic day in the city!

“Great flat to discover Palermo”

À confortable and very clean flat, perfect for discovering Palermo. Just minutes away from the busy streets, but in a calmer area. Dario was available and useful through WhatsApp to help us get around.

This place is really spacious and you could literally park in the parking lot in front of the door. We had trouble getting the ZTL pass online, but the owner kindly helped us with the issue.

We really liked the apartment as it was well positioned for the major tourist attractions in Palermo. We walked everywhere. It was convenient (10 minute walk) to the airport shuttle bus to leave Palermo. We also liked the spaciousness of the apartment and the fact it had a washing machine. It was great to have cooking facilities. We had an issue with the swipe key but Dario responded promptly and came to the apartment to fix the issue. Thank you Dario.

Really nice place in a perfect location right in the city center. Clean, spacious, modern and quiet. Our original plan was to travel with me, my sister and our mom and we picked the place based on this - we're perfectly fine sharing a bedroom with the 3 of us. But unfortunately my sister had to cancel and dad filled in, and sharing a bedroom with my parents was not ideal, but that's on us and Dario had the bedroom comfortably set up for 3. Communication and check in was easy and Dario was responsive and full of recommendations. We had a great stay!

The apartment was comfortable with a good-sized refrigerator and sufficient glassware, crockery and cutlery. The air-conditioning worked well and was adequate for the size of the apartment. The location was excellent, with easy walking access to the historic centre, and with plenty of decent trattoria/osteria and a small supermarket nearby.
