“Great studio apartment with elevator close to centre!”

Very clean and great location close to the centre. Coffee and tea provided. Spacious bathroom. Host was extremely lovely giving us all the insider Info. Had an elevator at the property.

The apartment is beautiful 😍.. it's even more beautiful in person than in the pictures..It justifies the rating and gets a high rating from me ❤️ I must especially emphasize that Aurelio is the best apartment owner ever ❣️ ...a wonderful person who will accommodate your every need..

“Super location for exploring”

The accomodation located on a perfect place. Right next to the market and if you need water, you can find a small shop next to the main entrance. Easy to carry it up and the elevator itself is already an antic one :) . Central station is in 5 minutes walking and it is close to everything really. The best place in my opinion to explore the Old town or in logistic point of view. It is even walking distance to the shore. The accomodation was clean and well equipped. Aurelio is also really friendly and helpful. Provided well documented information in his messages, personally and also left as hard copies in the accomodation. I think for those people, who want to explore Palermo, this accomodation is a perfect option.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic - everything matched the description and even exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly stylish, beautiful, and immaculately clean. The owner is a truly wonderful person - very open, always ready to help if you message him. It was especially nice that he left us a gift, showing his genuine hospitality. He also gave us great recommendations for places and spots in the city, which we absolutely loved. The apartment is located right in the center, close to the main streets and the historic district. This is one of the best options because it’s quite safe and incredibly well-located. As for the apartment itself, it was very clean, spacious, and despite being in the city center, it was really quiet. Everything was functional, and overall, our stay was one of the best memories we have of Palermo. When we return here a second time, we will absolutely stay in these same apartments again. Thank you!

The property is in perfect location, right next to the train station but also close to the Main Street of Palermo. The apartment is very smartly arranged and utilizes all of the available space.

Good spacious comfy 1930s apartment. Host extremely helpful friendly and informative. Next to Ballaro market so plenty fresh produce. Close easy access to trains and buses at Centrale station. Sitting on the balcony.

Excellent location. Lots of shops, restaurants around. Host Aurelio so kind and polite, very helpfull. Top class. Got check in by Aurelio’s wife, it was very late, but there was no problems, lovely lady, explained everything. Nice and clean apartment, everything what we needed and more. My kids loved it. Thank you for such amazing stay, everything was fabulous. Aurelio recomended taxi service, Alberto,from and to airport. Absolutely great, on time and very polite as well. I highly recommend.

“Fantastic host and lovely apartment!”

Aurelio was honestly the nicest host I’ve ever had. So helpful, welcoming and accommodating really 10 stars and so very kind and very responsive. The apartment is fantastic, had a little kitchen tucked away so we were able to have breakfast and had lunch there twice as it’s close enough to a Lidl so you can buy some things. The apartment was spotless and a really handy location being close to the bus and train station so we were easily able to travel for days out.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and the colour scheme is elegant. It is air conditioned and roomy. A point of difference is it has a kitchenette installed inside a wardrobe so that it can be closed and out of view which was thoughtfully stocked with provisions. Very nice! The location was minutes from the main shopping district, markets and monuments and a two minute walk to the central train station. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay again!

Aurelio was very friendly, He was very helpful, communication with him was very easy, whatever problem we had he helped immediately. The apartment was in the center, close to everything.
