Very kindness of the owner, all the facilities offered, good italian breakfest.

The breakfast was INCREDIBLE. Staff is very kind and helpful, we had acces to neccesities and extras in the fridge (like water/wine). Use the map that the owner gives to you, it is very helpful! Rooms are very big and clean.

Cosima and Laura were excellent hosts who communicated really well from right when we booked and up to our arrival and stay. Laura's friendly welcome and advice on where to go in Palermo was superb. The roof terrace as a space to have an bakery based Italian breakfast - including home baking - was a lovely area. Which we also used at night to stargaze and drink wine.

The host was responsive and proactive. Better to know your time of arrival since the host meets you upon it so would be easier if arranged in advance. The place was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The terrace was big and nice as well as common kitchen. There was a home made breakfast included. Good location next to Notarbartolo Train station. However to Historical Centre of Palermo good 20-30 minutes walking. But the area was good. Great value for the money.

Laura is a very friendly host, it was a real pleasure to talk to her. The space is nice and clean. The shared terrace is beautiful and the breakfast is served there. There is also one big shared kitchen with everything you need. The private bathroom is next to the room. The train station and the station for the bus to the airport is a few minutes walk from the building.

Breakfast was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and straightforward. They let me recover some of my stuff I accidentally left on the property, even after a few hours after checking out.

The breakfast is scrumptious! Sweet and savoury: traditional bakes with ham and cheese are served along with fresh sweet breads, homemade jam, yogurt with dried fruit, whatever fresh fruit the season will allow, even biscuits - bought from bakers, not supermarkets. And of course a coffee of your choice.

Breakfast was very good . lots of cakes sweet and savoury , juice tea coffee laura was a delightful host and helped us with advice on transport beaches restaurants Spoke to me in Italian . thankyou I was very grateful, enjoyed your company x enjoyed mondello beach . I will be back to see more of Palermo

Accommodation had everything we needed. Friendly staff, very nice breakfast on the terrace. A good location next to the bus stop / train station. Easy to go to Mondello beach or city center.
