The location is perfect, in the historical center of Palermo, lots of restaurants and bars are only walking distance but it is also very quiet.

Stayed in early May 2026 The location is exceptional—the apartment is situated right next to the Teatro Massimo, in the very heart of the historical center. The location is incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance and excellent cafes nearby. The apartment is spotless and well-maintained. It is clear that the hosts put their heart and soul into the place, striving to ensure their guests have a wonderful experience. The property is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether for a short visit or a long-term rental. The interior is beautiful and charming; the apartment truly has a soul. The hosts were very friendly, always helpful, and constantly in touch.

Property is very clean and close to all city points. We walked a lot and it was very easy to come back to the property.

“Bright, spacious, and central”

We only stayed one night, but this apartment was perfect. It’s in a fantastic location – just a short walk from Teatro Massimo and close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars, making it ideal for exploring Palermo on foot. The apartment itself is beautiful – very spacious, tastefully decorated, and really well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner, including all the essentials and a great coffee machine. There’s also a small balcony that makes the space feel even brighter and more open. The host was super friendly and responsive over WhatsApp, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. We’d definitely stay again if we’re back in Palermo!

Flat was nice

An excellent appartment right in the historic centre of Palermo. Right on the front door are bustling restaurants and shops . The apprtment is set in an old quaint building and inside is full of mod cons. Super comfy bed and living room , great little.kitchen with fridge , excellent hot shower and bathroom and lovely addition of a balcony! Super cool air con came in handy as it was very very hot in the city.

“A most enjoyable stay at La Premiere Suite Teatro Massimo”

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, is very modern, clean and bright. It is in such a great spot too, close to restaurants, bars, transport, shopping and attractions. It was a quiet haven to return to after seeing the sights. Aircon a definite bonus.

Great location! Walking distance to all sights, restaurants, bars, etc. Everything is new, the appartement is very, very clean and it's well equipped with everything you might need. The bed was the most comfortable we have had in any holiday ever. The windows are super noise canceling, once you close them you can't hear a single sound from outside. Good communication with the host via messages.
