The accommodation was super clean, modern , light and airy with a bonus of a small balcony. There bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of space for 2 . It was located centrally near lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. Michela on the main reception was extremely helpful regardless of the time.

We had great communication with Michela . We arrived late but all access details were forwarded to us to enable a smooth check in . The apartment itself was spacious , immaculate and had everything you need for a stay . All products in the bathroom were provided and water left in the fridge . Bed was really comfortable and air conditioning easy to use and cool enough . Michela was so helpful with recommendations and even went out of her way to book some restaurants for us …

We really enjoyed our stay in Palermo. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well organized. Everything worked perfectly and it felt very pleasant to stay there. The manager Vicenzo who welcomed us was very kind and friendly. He explained everything we needed, gave us useful recommendations, and told us what places in Palermo are worth visiting. The location is great, very close to the main cultural and historical attractions, so most places can easily be reached on foot. it

“Perfect base for Palermo.”

We absolutely loved La Musa. We wanted to be central in Palermo so we could really get to know it, but also outside the really busy old town. The location of La Musa is perfect, just a couple of minutes from the opera house. It is also right next to a secure car park so made it easier for us with luggage. We couldn't believe the size and quality of the apartment when we arrived. It was wonderful. And everything in it was exceptionally high standard for the price. Great bed, shower etc. Best of all, Michela, our host provided wonderful advice right through our stay. I feel like I met her, but it was all done through the Booking.com app. I'd 100% recommend staying here if you are visiting Palermo.

Michela is fantastic and really takes care of her guests. Rooms are very clean and super nice, as well as practical and in a superb location. On top, you can reach the barrier free, which is super convenient with luggage or strollers (and rare in Palermo).

The room is comfortable and cleaned every day, the spa tub is great to relax at the end of the day. It is also a good location with many shops and restaurants, and closed by feet to all the attractions of Palermo. We can only recommend that place. A big thank you again to Michela and Vincenzo !

“Clean, great location, excellent host”

Vincenzo has delivered an amazing service. He made us feel exceptionally well taken care of. He’s very passionate about his job and the city, his suggestions were amazing and he sent everything in detail via message, made it easy for us to navigate the city and the hotel during our stay. There are is elevator and slides for wheelchairs. The area is very well served and the location is walking distance from any possible tourist attraction of the city. The room is scrupulously clean. No dust on any surface (also high levels of the bookshelf). There is a bathroom in the hall, which is useful. There is an extra kitchen and coffee/tea machine in a shared space with sofa chairs. I have appreciated the design of the rooms a lot. From the furniture to the Alessi Plissé collection appliances. The bed is comfortable, with high topper.

Super nice apartment, very clean and well located. Manuela welcomed us personally in the apartment and sat down with us to recommend restaurants, places we should visit, etc which was super helpful. Overall we had a great stay and can fully recommend it.

Perfectly positioned and classy in every sense. I loved the feel of distinctiveness in detail, e.g., the wide range of local books in the more public spaces. The mix of a small number of beautifully crafted rooms but with the possibility of additional communal space made the place feel so welcoming. The position was ideal, and the support from booking to departing felt caring, personal, and experienced. Palermo, too, has so much to offer culturally and in terms of character. This was a short trip but a true joy.
