Hotel is well located on a quiet street and the staff are all very nice. We used the gym and while small, was perfect. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace and the staff there were very friendly and accommodating. The bedroom was lovely with Hugh ceilings

Naomi on reception was very welcoming & gave us lots of information about the surrounding area. The breakfast was such a treat!!! Mattie covering the breakfasts was also very warm & welcoming to us. He gave us some great tips of things to see & do!!! The location was excellent & all the shops & restaurants are within walking distance. We shall be coming back to stay with the rest of the family when we introduce them to Palermo!!!

Great location in Kalsa district, easy walk to lots of restaurants and city centre. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast on 4th floor restaurant with lovely view over old part of the city. Relaxing spa which we enjoyed on last evening, need to book for a 75 min slot at small additional cost.

Good size room .... beds are super comfy .... enjoyed the rooftop terrace bistro for breakfast ... most of the staff were friendly - particularly housekeeping and hospitality staff .... within walking distance of the old town

Great hotel close to everything. Clean room and comfy beds. Great little roof-top bar/bistro which is also where breakfast is served. The breakfast has a great selection of food catering to most. All in all this hotel is a fabulous place to stay

The room was nice 208 but had to request a change after two nights to the quiet side, having been woken at 6.30 both mornings with street noise. The staff accommodated this for us

Breakfast was very good. Great selections and changed daily. The room was quite small and dark and we had building work opposite our room so quite noisy. We didn’t use spa which is 20 euros each and needed to book.

The staff were very prompt to respond to my questions through the messaging app which is always appreciated. It’s great to have breakfast outdid on the terrace. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The location is great (near the harbor and the centre).
