The hotel manager is very friendly and accomodating! The location is perfect for exploring the city and close to bus stops for trips to Mondello. The view is unbelievable! And the cleaner was lovely and let me enjoy the view on my last day even after I had checked out and she made me a coffee. This place is great for a city break in Palermo!
