Great location, in walking distance to all the Palermo highlights, restaurants and cafes. Lots of space in the room (maybe except the bathroom). Michele was an outstanding, communicative and welcoming host.

The flat is beautifully situated (in the historic centre) – within a 10-minute walk of the city’s main attractions and dozens of restaurants. A cosy flat, fully equipped and tailored to the needs of tourists. Excellent communication with the owner. There’s a local wine bar just opposite :) Totally recommend!

Finally a property that had the bare necessities, salt and pepper etc. Streaming services tv, is great for international travelers. Great host 👏

“Safe, convenient, and mostly comfortable”

My stay overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, close to public transport, restaurants, and major sights. I felt very safe throughout my stay, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The apartment had several comforts that made my stay easier: the air conditioner worked well, the kitchen was equipped with utensils and a stove, and I appreciated thoughtful touches like the moka pot for coffee, a hairdryer, and reliable Wi-Fi. However, the kitchen sink was a bit awkward to use, and the shower was quite small, which might be uncomfortable for some.

Very easy to collect the keys. Owner met me at the property. All was fantastic: Great location in walking distance to train, tourist sites, shops and market. The Wifi worked well, the kitchen was well equipped and I had the entire place to myself. If I return to Palermo I would definately like to stay at DaMe 👌

Perfect location. Great spacious apartment that has everything you could need. Great AC. Strong WiFi. Great home base while visiting Palermo’s historic center.

We were really lucky to find this appartment in Palermo! The location is just fantastic: in the very city center and walking distance to all the important landmarks, as well as some really good restaurants. The appartment is well maintained and clean, with a mix of classic and modern furnishings, very stylish and nicely decorated. The large windows with balcony offer some fine views of the street below (see pictures). The kitchen also includes a mokka pot to prepare coffee for yourself. The communication with the owner (Michael) was straightforward and he kindly helped us with arranging the parking spot for our car, which is some 300m away. Breakfast was part of the deal, served in a nearby coffee shop (coffee + croissant). For a family of three the appartment was spacious enough and exceeded all our expectations. It offers an excellent value for money!

“Beautiful spacious and clean appartment in the heart of Palermo”

Wonderful cosy, comfortable and spotless apartment! It was only a one-night stay, but it was a great experience. The appartment is really nice - decorated with taste, spacious and equipped in AC, small kitchen, sofa, table etc. Location is perfect - you are in the very heart of the city, a few steps away from the main attractions. The only thing that could be improved was a bit too hard pillows (which will be replaced, as the host assured us). We were grateful for a bottle of water we found in the frigde :)

The apartment is in fabulous location in the very historical center of the city of Palermo. Breakfast is in a café nearby.

“Spacious apartment with everything you need in an excellent location”

Excellent location - the apartment is within walking distance of both the train station and major attractions. It is practically on the main pedestrian street which is full of great places to eat. There are also supermarkets nearby if you want to stay at home and cook something up. The apartment has a small but well equipped kitchen - we cooked a nice pasta, and there is a mini oven for reheating and finishing off, which does an excellent job with yesterday's pizza or croissants. Apart from the kitchen, there is everything else you need - comfortable bedroom, spacious living room, nice bathroom without any hot water or pressure issues. Nice balcony over a typical little Sicilian street. Very clean, no remarks, which for me is the most important thing when sleeping in someone else's place. Breakfast was a croissant and cappuccino at a nearby restaurant - no remarks, everything was perfectly ok.

This is an amazing place to stay in Palermo. The flat is located few mins walk away from the most beautiful and famous attractions of Palermo to one side and some less known but interesting and authentic corners to the other. Despite being in the heart of the city, we found the apartment quiet at night during our stay (I am a light sleeper and bothered by any noise) The apartment itself is very comfortable and tastefully designed, with a lot of local accents so you can appreciate that you are on a Sicilian holiday also inside. The flat was equipped with everything we needed for our stay (good coffee and coffee maker were a nice touch). The highlight was our interactions with the host who was very kind and responded to all questions and requests in minutes. Our baby got sick during the trip and the host directed us to a local hospital, allowed us to stay in the apartment till late afternoon after check out so we could wait there for our flight and arranged a transport to the airport for us. I really recommend it as a base to explore Palermo.

Apt is in the middle of locals neighborhood which is both good and bad. Nice owner who allowed early check in and late check out. A large apt, well equipped unique kitchen, Separate bedroom with door which eliminates the noise issue at night. Two large balcony doors for lots of light. Strong WIFI and convenient central location, 15 min walk from train/bus terminal.
