The place was very clean and the owner very supportive. Location was very convenient if you arrive by train like we did, just few steps from train station and we were in the building. Walking distance to the centre, botanic garden. In front of the building there is a tram stop, shops with local food, cafeteria and place you may enjoy icecream till 1 am.

absolutely, the best apartment in Palermo. The building is very safe, new, the apartment is huge, bright and comfortable. Easy to reach all the tourist attractions in the city, but also easy to visit the surroundings of Palermo, the apartment being right next to the train station. Everything was exceptional, we couldn't wait to come back.

Good location, clean, air conditioned, responsive host. There is a washing machine and an iron. I would absolutely recommend the apartment.

the rooms were very clean.the hotel is very suitable for family travlers because, the room size is perfect,has washing machine, and has two tvs which youtube and netflix were possible.the hotel was outside of ztl, but it was very close to downtown of palermo.
