The newly renowated apartment was just perfect for our family needs. Four bedrooms, two shower/restrooms and the layout where you can separate sleeping / kitchen area worked perfectly. Each room had separate A/C which was needed. The location close to the metro and bus transportation to the city center was great. Shops/supermarket in walking distance was great as well. The apartment kitchen was equipped with all what you could need. Our host, Gianmarco, was super helpful, thank you so much! This kind of a apartment and host I would be grateful every time when travelling.

Fantastic apartment and the host was excellent. It was good place to spend time with my brother and his family. There was so much room for eight people and it would sleep ten very comfortably.

“Perfect Stay: Spotless, Fully Equipped Apartment with Outstanding Host”
We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful and functional apartment, perfectly located for a quiet rest and a great starting point for exploring Palermo. The apartment was spotless, tastefully designed, and very practical for our group of seven adults. Two bathrooms, a spacious living room, and well-separated bedrooms made it easy for some to relax while others enjoyed the evening without disturbing anyone. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped – everything from cookware to essentials like salt, sugar, coffee, and even dishwasher tablets was provided. We didn’t need to buy anything extra. The host went above and beyond, stocking the fridge with drinks, wine, and sweet treats as a warm welcome. Communication with the host was excellent from the start. He speaks perfect English, is extremely kind, and provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. The apartment is not in the city center, but public transport (bus 101) connects you easily to all major attractions. Shops and restaurants are nearby. Highly recommended for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality!

Gianmarco is amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable stay. He allowed us to check in early and wait for the rest of our group to arrive to give us a full tour of the apartment. The apartment is stunning and has everything you need and we were happy with the bus routes surrounding the apartment allowing us to go to the beach and the town in Palermo. Our host also allowed us to leave our luggage after we checked out allowing us to enjoy a few more hours in Palermo. We are really grateful and can’t recommend this enough.
