First off, the host was exceptionally prepared and helpful. I have rented many rooms around the world and I have never had a host provide as much information and direct links to restaurants, stores and services as Christina. You can tell she really cares about the customer experience. The apartment had everything you needed for your stay including extra's like a blanket, towel, beach toys and an umbrella. Private secure dedicated parking space. 15 minutes from the center.

Stunning view, very well equiped apartment (even beach accessories provided), safe parking, nice neighborhood (lively during the day, calm overnight), cafés and good seefood restaurants next door, both the city center and Mondello beach in easy reach by both car and public transport. Cristina and Vincenzo are superb hosts.

“Nice apartment with private parking”

The apartment was wonderful. It has everything you might need, like an iron or a hairdryer. Most importantly: a private parking space within a gated area. Cristina was very helpful. She showed us around the apartment and explained all the details. She also prepared a great guide on where to park/eat/how to get to the city. I recommend it to everyone!

“7 days stay”

Apartament very modern and clean.Host top notch.Few missing bits like coffee table,mugs,bin bags.We werent aware of 9 or 10 story building being built next to our apartament block.Noise on holidays 6 days a week,from 7 am is not what we wanted.

“Comfortable and nice”

The host was amazing. She met us and handed us over the keys and showed us all of the facilities. Everything was really clean and well organised. Felt very comfortable and safe. The location was really nice- next to the seaside and next to some nice local restaurants. The only downside is that the buses to the house don’t run very well so you may need to wait a long time to go to and from central Palermo.

“Best place in town, for authentic Sizilien experience”

Christina is a great host, she is very nice and helpful. The flat is on the forth floor with a beautiful view over Palermo's harbour. Near the flat is a really great Pizzaria, a ice cream shop, several supermarkets and great backeries. The flat was very well equipped and perfectly clean, huge plus was the private parking which is included. The location is perfect if you want to visit the city center by bus or car and still want to have a quiet neighborhood. We loved everything and can recommend this casa to 100%. If we ever come back to Palermo we will return to that stunning place

“Will definelty be back”

Great service from the owners, they accomdated our early arrival and there room was berautiful and accomdating to me and my family. They even had prepared notes with the best places to go eat and visit with scan code and directions. Waliking distance to gelato and beack and restos.

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay”

We absolutely loved staying in this very interesting local area. We jumped a local bus straight into the City Centre from just up the road. The other direction was to Mondello beach for the day The view from our kitchen/living area was to die for. Very central to everything, with the best pizza we have ever had across the road, the best gelato around the corner and a wonderful street market every Thursday that is a must visit. The apartment itself was immaculate and had everything you would ever need and more. Our Hosts Kristina & Vincenzo were delightful in assisting us at all times.
