“Brand new apartment in g reat location”

Apartment inside is brand new, with kitchen and small balcony. Mimmo was very helpful in helping us find directions etc. Bed was comfy. Lights changed colour in the shower, very cool! We took the airport Shuttle bus and its only a very short walk to the apartment and a bit further to the train station but walkable. Although the actual street looks a bit dodgy it is literally around the corner from all the bars and restaurants which has a great vibe. Short walk to places of interest. Everywhere is walkable, excellent location. Would definitely recommend.

Apartments are just great, in the city center, quite, clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, kitchen well equipped, secure with code and cameras. Like the pictures, everything perfect!

This is a great property. Mimmo was very communicative and welcoming. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Very central to all sights, shops and restaurants. A 24 launderette within 200m walk.

Great location, very close to the main attractions, right on the main street, Via Maqueda. Yet, the apartment is peaceful and quiet. Excellent communication with the host. An extra star for helping arrange parking, just a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

Super cute apartment with everything you need. Location was amazing and Mimmo was great. From welcoming us to Palermo to giving us great recommendations. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. We really really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Perfect location just a street away from lots of the action and we were able to walk where we wanted to go. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We loved the large shower and it was handy having kitchen facilities. The host was very approachable and made our stay easy!

The situation was very good. Nicely decorated and clean. Mimmo was great. I forgot a bracelet in the apartment and he took the bother to came to the train station to give me the bracelet. We would definitely recommend this place.

“The perfect stay to come to rest, right in the middle of Palermo”

Staying at Burnìa, you’ll be close to everything you need! Restaurants, shops, the markets, everything is on walking distance. We were surprised to see that it just took us one street to walk straight into the lively streets of Palermo. The owner, Mimmo, was absolutely lovely. We arrived a bit early which was no problem - he met us outside & we were allowed to leave our luggage there while the cleaners were making our room ready. The room itself felt like our home already on the first day! Here you’ll find everything you need (in the kitchen as well). My favorite part was definitely the lighting & the stunning bathroom with a rainforest shower. The perfect place to slow down & come to rest after a busy day in Palermo.

The owner Mimmo was exceptional as a host. Nothing was too much. He even gave me a gift as heard it was my birthday. Espresso coffee machine in the room with pods!!.. amazing value add 😉... spacious area for sleeping, largw bathroom, proper kitchen unit, table, sofa and even a little balcony ! The location in Via Napoli is superb! It's literally in the middle of everywhere and everything- Quattro canti, market, restaurants, the Teatro in Godfather 3... also walk to all key churches..take a stroll into them at night for amazing views.of frescoes and rooftops. Burnia was a 12 out of 10!

The apartment is located in the very heart of Palermo but you rarely hear any noise from the street. The whole place is clean and well equipped, beds are really comfortable and the walls are basically sound-proof (except of the entrance doors but behind them is a hall in which people dont stay for long ofc). Also, the host is really helpful and reacts quickly. We really did have a great stay 🫡

The host was very welcoming and flexible since we had to change the dates of our stay because of a family emergency. The room had everything we needed and more, we felt very comfortable. The location is great if you are looking for a lively place right next to one of the main streets. The bed was very comfortable and made us sleep like babies.

Everything was perfect : the apartment is very clean and clear. The kitchen is full of utensils. The location is also perfect : very close to Via Maqueda and Via Roma, lots of sights, shops or restaurants all around. Marcello, the owner, is a very friendly and helpful person, and his French is better than my Italian. I absolutely recommend this place to whoever wants to spend some days in Palermo.

“Excellent apartment except for the scented sticks.”

Very clean apartment near the historic centre. The owner met us at the apartment when we arrived and was very helpful. We asked him to remove the scented sticks in the studio as my wife is asthmatic which he did. However,the narrow corridor outside our apartment which belonged to the Burnia Holiday House had very pungent scented sticks which were responsible for triggering an asthma attack. Other than that we extremely pleased with the apartment.
