“Excellent room in great location!”

Our rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable.Our host, Ivan was charming and communicated well via WhatsApp. The location was superb, close to the main sights and the Airport bus stop. I booked two deluxe doubles, one was larger than the other but fairly represented by the photos. The lift is good if you have large luggage. Highly recommended!

The property was located only a 5 minute walk from the train station, in the heart of the old Town, a short walk from the main attractions and restaurants. The host, Ivan, was the most helpful person and helped arrange late check in and train journeys for us. Rooms were very clean and modern, with great air con and a huge bed

“Great base for exploring Palermo”

The location was very conveniënt, close to Quattro Canti and la Kalsa and the Mercato Ballaro. Ivan, the host, was very helpful and responsive, and provided a lot of useful information. Our room had 2 balconies, from which we enjoyed watching the activity of Via Roma.

The locations was perfect. The room was clean. The host Ivan was a great help to give us some tips to explore not just Palermo but also other parts of Sicily. I will come back for sure.

The location is perfect for sightseeing in Palermo, very close to all the major sights. We can walk to all the sights. It is very close to the supermarkets and restuarants. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortably. Ivan, the owner is very nice to give us all the information that we needs. The great thing that we like alot is a lift in the building to carry our luggages.

The location was perfect, very close to all major touristic spots The host Evan was incredibly nice and communicative. He was always one phone call away if we had any sort of issue (related to the B&B or not). He even gave us a list of good food recommendations close to the apartment. He let us store our luggage before check in and after check out so we could explore more comfortably. The cleaner Daniella was so friendly and extremely competent. The room is cleaned daily and always smells nice.

Location was absolutely wonderful. Very close the the train station and the main street and attractions. There were many shops and restaurants around. The owner -Ivan- recommended some good places to eat too. The room was big enough and had a balcony, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The place was very clean. There is an elevator in the building. Ivan was a great host, he explained everything about the apartments, keys etc. He contacted us on the arrival date and was waiting for us in the BB. Great communication with Ivan and hospitality made our stay uneventful and perfect!

“Wonderful!”

We liked everything about our stay. The room was large enough for 2 adults and a 4-year old and we had lots of space for luggage. There was a coffee machine and a bar fridge and the room was spotlessly clean. I loved the location which was just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the city. I particularly liked the shutters which kept our room dark after sunrise. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. Communication with host was 10/10 and we even got some really good food recommendations via WhatsApp. Compared to other prices in Palermo, this b&b offers excellent value for money. Would love to go back!

Clean and quiet. Easy access to historical centre, bus route and station. Hosts put an extra bed in the room for us. Good communication from host and lots of advice on what to see, where to eat etc. Grocery shops nearby.

Lovely room, enough space to include a table and chairs, not just a bedroom. Nice clean bathroom and good shower. Great location, 10 minutes walk to train station and historical centre. Free coffee capsules and toiletries.

I definitely recommend it. An apartment practically surrounded by monuments. Perfect location, quiet apartment, interior as pictured, beautiful huge windows, comfortable large bed, pillows so comfortable it was hard to get up. On cooler nights, the apartment was heated by air conditioning. The windows overlooked two streets, and there was a balcony from which it was pleasant to gaze at the main street with a cup of coffee. I have an obsession with cleanliness, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Towels were changed daily, and an iron was also available upon request. To top it all off, the owner was professional, friendly, and extremely communicative. He was a great help in planning our stay and immediately agreed to leave our luggage for a few hours on checkout. The apartment is on the main street in a well-maintained tenement building, with security and monitoring – quiet and safe. 100% satisfaction. The apartment, the lady who keeps it clean, and the owner are 10/10.
