“Fantastic Weekend in Palermo”

Location was fantastic! The room was very clean and had all amenities needed. The host was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The room is clean and spacious with every little detail thought of, from water bottles to a hairdryer and even straighteners, storage space, USB chargers, and tea and coffee facilities. There is a large living area shared with the other room at this location. It has a private en suite bathroom and balcony. The location is excellent and the host really helpful. “Palermo city break”

The location is perfect for exploring Palermo's historic centre. The room was lovely and very spacious. Breakfast was included and served at a nice cafe only a short walk way. Gaetano was a great host and gave us valuable tips on how to get around city centre, places to see, restaurants to try, etc. We had a fab stay at Arricria, I would definitely recommend it to friends and family visiting Palermo!

Appartment located in a very good area, close to restaurants and landmarks within walking distance. Main market is about 20 minute walk away and the airport bus stop is just 1 minute walk, right in the street. Appartment is very spacious and clean with balcony. Although close to city centre, the area is quite. As a bonus (coffee, tea, water, packed juices and croissants) are available. An extra plus is breakfast served in a nearby cafe (where you can choose from 3 types of coffee and pastries options). Gaetano is very helpful in every way to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible.

We highly recommend it! An ideal choice for 2–3 nights in Palermo. The location is excellent and safe, making it easy to explore the city while feeling comfortable at all times. The apartment is clean and comfortable, equipped with an elevator and other useful amenities. The owners are kind, welcoming, and very helpful. In the apartment, guests will find complimentary water, juices, coffee, tea, and snacks. The offer also includes the option to use breakfast vouchers at a nearby café, where several sweet and savory Italian-style options are available, such as a filled croissant, a small pizza, or another light snack.

“Excellent stay in the heart of Palermo”

Very good location, everything is within a 15-minute walk at most. The elevator is large for Italian standards, which makes it easy to bring your luggage up to the room. The room was spacious and very clean. During our 6-night stay, it was cleaned twice and the towels were changed three times. We really appreciated that, as it’s quite rare for an apartment. We also liked the water bottles and coffee pods which were resupplied daily. The AC worked well - powerful and quiet during the night. Gaetano is a very kind and helpful host. We were especially grateful for his assistance with the ZTL pass.

The host was very kind and gave us excellent tips for visiting the main attractions in Palermo. The room was beautiful and clean, and the location is right in the heart of the city. Everything is within walking distance, just a 15-minute walk from the central station. Breakfast is served at a nice café nearby with a voucher provided, and the airport shuttle bus stops literally right in front of the accommodation.

Gaetano and his father Paulo were exceptional hosts before and after our arrival. Paulo even gave us a lift to the bus stop the morning we left. The suite was clean, comfortable and well supplied for our 3 night stay. We would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Room was stunningly beautiful and spacious, host very helpful. Beds were very comfy, the third bed for our teenage son a real bed (not those foldable camp bed style solutions). Breakfast was served a few meters down the road - make sure to point out, what you would like to have, we had a couple of misunderstandings :). At the accommodation there were complimentary water, coffee, tea etc.

Although it was very central, it was still really quiet at night with the doors closed.

We LOVED Gartano our host. He was so lovely, everything was clean and neat. He was so helpful. The room was beautiful

Amazing! The apartment was nice and clean. The location was close to a lot of atractions and amenities. The station for the shuttle bus is also a minute walking distance. The sound insulation was also very good, considering it’s on a main street. The hosts were very friendly and helpfull. Would recomend it to everyone!

“Everything was PERFACT”

Perfect location, pefract room condition. If I could give more than 10, I would 100 out of 10! This place was even better than a 5 star hotel and was by far the best accommodation during my trip to Italy. Most of all, the host's genuine love for Palermo and the heartfelt explanations tghat helped me truly understand the city made my entire stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Honestly, it's such a wonderful palce that I almost want to keep it as my lettle secret :)

Location was fantastic, although could be noisy at times- but you are right in the heart of the city, we walked everywhere The host was lovely, very welcoming and happy to ensure we enjoyed our stay- without being intrusive Facilities were good
