The location was incredible - right in the thick of the Palermo market experience. The owner was extremely helpful and kind which made us feel as though we had a friend in the city.

“Incredible Place to Stay in City - Near Station & Ballaro Market”

Absolutely one of the best located apartment in Palermo about a three four minute walk from the train station right next to an amazing market that is massive where you can get food clothes trinkets and souvenirs whatever you need and it's literally at your doorstep it's also near a very important Street in the city that goes all the way up to important monuments and churches and sites so this was literally the best place to be and our host Marco was incredible! He gave us all the best recommendations of where to eat we went to this amazing restaurant called flag we just had everything we needed the apartment is fully stocked totally warm amazing bed cute balcony great comfortable sheets and pillows we just had such a great stay that when I come back with my kids I'm definitely staying here! Grazie mille!!

The location - Mercato Ballaro just right behind the corner, 5min walk from the central train station, walkable distance everywhere. Perfect atmosphere while having breakfast on the balcony. Great communication with the host.

“Handy central location”

Overall we had a really nice stay for our 3 nights. The apartment had everything we needed, the location was also great, very close to the train station and tourist attractions were a short walk away. We appreciated the extra touches like a high chair for our 2 year old, plastic bowel and plate and storage for her stroller in the downstairs hallway, so we didn't have to bring it upstairs each day. Marco was a great host.

The host was very helpful. The appartment had sufficient endowments for our purpose. The beds were very confortable. The appartment is quite close to the center of old Palermo, and right next to the market place.

Excellent location for the train & bus stations and easy access to the main attractions in the old city of Palermo about 15mins walk. Busy thriving location close to the daily market but feels safe. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Would come again.

Great location, with all of the historic centre of Palermo within walking distance. Apartment was comprehensively equipped, and would work for an extended stay. Street market 50m away. Communications were instant and friendly. Loved watching the street life from the balcony.

Highly recommend this place. The landlord is very good, responds promptly, understands everything that tourists need to face, has very detailed guidance, and can provide help in time. I am very grateful to the landlord for his help. The room is in an excellent location, not far from anywhere, with complete facilities, clean and sanitary. My room needs a few stairs.

great location, fantastic hosts, very clean, had plenty of facilities. Cold drinks and grocery shopping available on request, paid at the cost price. USB chargers so no need to bring adapters. Good shower pressure, well equipped kitchen (kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine and more)

“Perfect location, nice and cozy apartment”

Marco is a very nice and good host. He gave us oranges from his garden, delicious olive oil that came from his tree and other drinks in the fridge. All came to be very handy and nice! The location is a gem, near the market. The place has almost everything that one can ask for.

Great size, fully serviced apartment with a washing machine! Our host let us check-in early and was very friendly and quick to respond. We were very happy with the size and location of this apartment! The only let down was that the street was very smelly so we couldn't enjoy the balcony (but that's not a fault of the host!). I would definitely recommend this apartment.
