“Great location and stay for our 3 days in Palermo”
Location was very good in a quiet area of the neighborhood. About 25-30 min walk to the train station and main sights. Easy bus connections too. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Room was comfortable with sound-proof windows and the shower was powerful Staff very friendly and accommodating.

“Quirky trendy vibe”

“Great bed and breakfast with newly renovated bathrooms in shopping area of Palermo”
Very comfortable: the beds, the shower, the A/C and the heat. Even the skylight worked well. We loved the location: so much better than the first place we stayed at near the central train station. Seemed like we were in a different city. We would definitely come back to the Palermo of terrace restaurants and lovely shopping. My mom said it was the best breakfast in Sicily and I would agree. My husband said the cassata, Easter ricotta cake was better than cannoli and he loves cannoli. Not only was the location great, the rooms impeccable and the staff wonderful, but the soaps smelled delicious and when I forgot my insulin pump and had to come back from the airport, the host was waiting for me downstairs at the portal so I wouldn’t have to go up to reception to get it. Wonderful service and lovely people.

First and foremost, I’d like to thank the lovely hosts. From the very beginning, communication was smooth, and they were incredibly hospitable and welcoming throughout our stay. We requested a late check-in, and the process was seamless — we received all the necessary information in advance and were able to access the building easily with a code. The location of the hotel is excellent — close to the city center and all the main attractions of Palermo. We were also very satisfied with the breakfast. As other reviews mention, the hosts truly go above and beyond. Although it is on the smaller side, you’ll find everything you might need: yogurt, fresh cheeses and hams, vegetables and fruit, plenty of delicious pastries made by the host herself, as well as fresh eggs and coffee prepared to order.

We had the most amazing two-week stay at Arche! The location is unbeatable—walking distance to the old city, the marina, and the new city. It felt very safe, too. Lot of great restaurants around. Note: Parking is tricky, but manageable!) Chiara, Roberta, and Conchita are the best hosts you could possibly have—super helpful and warm. They took great care of us, always checking if we needed anything and preparing the best breakfasts with homemade, seasonal cakes ❤️We loved the design and cosiness of the place. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Palermo!

“Great location, lovely Host”
We spent three days in Palermo, and this apartment was one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. Our room was clean and well equipped. The hospitality was professional. We had many breakfasts in Italy, and this was the best in its category.
